We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Londre pieces. If your fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off your package at the designated carrier location provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
